How to Use VoIP with zTC

Setting Up the Environment

1. Install the 3CX Desktop Application (VoIP)

  1. Download the Application:
    • Visit 3CX’s official site.
    • Log in to your account and download the latest version of the desktop application.
  2. Install on Windows 10 VM:
    • Double-click the .msi file and run it as an administrator.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Login via Web Client:
    • Access the 3CX web client at https://pbx3cx.amzetta.com:5001/webclient/#/login.
    • Enter your assigned extension number and password.
  4. Launch the Desktop App:
    • From the web client, click the Windows icon, and select “Open 3CX Desktop App.”

2. Configure zTC SnapOS for Citrix

  1. Boot SnapOS on the Thin Client.
