Connection Monitoring

Functionality

The Connections Monitoring view displays the active connection table on the Edge Controller (EC), listing ongoing connections with filtering options. Administrators can filter connections by protocol, source IP/port, and destination IP/port, making it easy to locate specific traffic flows. The tool also provides options to delete individual or all connections, effectively resetting the connection state table.

Resetting the connection table is useful in certain scenarios to force re-establishment of all connections, but it temporarily disrupts connectivity. However, affected clients can quickly reconnect if allowed by existing firewall rules.

Note: To view or delete connections, a minimum of two filters—protocol and either source/destination IP—must be specified.
