Device Information & Options
To access the information screen
Move the mouse cursor to the left and access the icon from the task bar.
Information screen includes the following details:

General Info
General Info page will have the thin client inventory details such as vendor name, platform, version, and host name and others.

1.1 Operating System
Firmware info includes information such as firmware version, build date, and vendor name.

1.2 Management Software
Management software info includes the Management software name, vendor name, Software Version, Server Hostname, Server IP, Management Type and Discovery Type, etc.

1.3 System Statistics
It will provide the information such as CPU usage, total memory, used memory, free memory.

1.4 Event Log
Users can see a minimum of 100 records per page or all; complete view list also available by choosing from the show dropdown list. If a user wants to see more records, then navigation to other pages are possible via next/previous button.
A user can also search, sort, and view the event log as required.
Session login/logoff, USB plug & play, network related logs, etc. are also logged.
Clear Event Log option is also available to clear the event log.

Logs recorded in Event Log is also captured in syslog (in TC and remote server). Remote syslog server can be configured from AmZetta Client Manager (SCM).
1.5 Network Statistics
It will provide the information such as LAN transmit bytes, LAN receive bytes, Wi-Fi transmit bytes and Wi-Fi receive bytes.

1.6 Ethernet Info
It will have the network information such as host name, MAC Address, IP details (includes IPv4), Subnet mask, domain name, primary DNS and secondary DNS for Ethernet.

1.7 Wi-Fi Info
It will provide the Wi-Fi information such as MAC Address, IPv4 Address, Subnet Mask, IPv4 Route, Broadcast, Domain name, primary DNS and secondary DNS.

1.8 VPN Info
VPN info includes information about Status, Server IP and Virtual IP.

1. Power Options
To access the power options
Move the mouse cursor to the left and access the icon from the task bar.
Power operation includes options for Shut down, Restart, Sleep, and Lock.
Lock option helps to lock the device when an active VM session is present.

2. Utilities
To access the utilities screen
Move the mouse cursor to the left and access the icon from the task bar. Utilities screen has provision to trouble shoot the host/network accessibility. This includes the following tools under diagnostics tools.

1.9 Ping
Ping is used to trouble shoot the accessibility of devices. This has provision for host name and number of times to be pinged. Also, it has a button for start and stop.

1.10 Trace route
Helps to discover the network route from the local system to the host. This also has provision to input the host name. This has a buttons for start and stop activity.

1.11 VPN Connect
Following VPN based connectivity is supported.

Provision to enter Server details, Username, Password and Domain is available.
Enter the required information and Click Connect to establish the VPN connection.
3. Device Lock
This function enables the user to lock the Thin Client device.
To access the lock screen
Move the mouse cursor to the left and access the icon from the taskbar.
Thin Client Device can be locked only if any session is running.
User can use Ctrl + Windows + L shortcut key also to lock the Thin Client Device.
4. Shortcut Keys
This function enables the user to lock or unlock the taskbar.
Ctrl + Windows + Down Arrow – Navigate to Next window
Ctrl + Windows + Down/Up Arrow – Navigate to Previous window
Ctrl + Windows + Home – Switch to Home Screen.
Ctrl + Windows + L – Lock the TC (applicable only when at least one remote session is available)
Ctrl + Windows +M – Maximize application windows launched through remote app
5. Lock Taskbar
This function enables the user to lock or unlock the taskbar.
To access the lock screen
Move the mouse cursor to the left and access the icon from the taskbar.
By default, the taskbar is locked, (pin button will be in azure color) i.e. the taskbar will not auto hide.
Click on the pin button to unlock it. Once unlocked taskbar will automatically hide when mouse cursor is moved away from it.
