zPortal Controller communicates with Dedicated Session Provider for updated Desktop status but this is periodic and sometimes there might be some mismatch between Desktops power state in zPortal Controller and Desktop’s actual power state in Dedicated Session Provider and in similar cases, performing power operation may fail.
