VPN Configuration on zTC

Summary

Configure and manage multiple VPN client profiles, including OpenFortiGUI, SonicWALL NetExtender, Cisco AnyConnect, Juniper Network Connect, OpenVPN, and PPTP.

Prerequisites

  • zTC with SnapOS ≥1.3
  • VPN server addresses, credentials, and protocol details

Procedure

  1. Add FortiGate or SonicWALL
    • Start → Applications → VPN → select OpenFortiGUI or SonicWALL NetExtender
    • Enter server, group (if needed), username/password → Connect
  2. Add Other VPN Types
    • Start → Preferences → Network Connections → click “+” → choose VPN type (Cisco, Juniper, OpenVPN, PPTP) → Next
    • Enter server IP, protocol, group name, username/password → Save → Connect
  3. Manage Profiles
    • In System Tray → Network Connections → choose VPN → Disconnect or Delete
