Overview
Device management in zMan Director provides administrators with access to management actions for zTC devices listed under zTC Clients.
From the device list, administrators can review device status and access available actions for managing individual thin clients.

Device Management Actions
When a zTC device is listed in zMan Director, available management options may be displayed from the device row.
Documented device management actions include:
- Edit Location
- Device Information and Settings
- Power Options
- Settings
- De-register
These actions allow administrators to manage individual zTC devices from the zMan Director interface.
Device Information
Selecting a managed zTC device can open the device information page.
The information page may include tabs such as:
- Overview
- Processor
- Software
- Network
- Metrics
This information helps administrators review device details, software state, network configuration, and current operational metrics.
Device Settings
Device-level settings allow administrators to apply configuration changes to an individual zTC device.
Settings available at the device level may overlap with group-level settings such as:
- Display
- Audio
- Input Device
- Power Management
- Wi-Fi
- Date and Time
- VDI & Browser
- SCEP
- Proxy
Remote Management
Device management actions may also provide access to remote troubleshooting and power operations, depending on device state and permissions.
Supported device-level operations may include:
- Remote Debug
- Shutdown
- Reboot
- Suspend
- Factory Reset
- De-register
Notes
- Available device actions may vary depending on device status, firmware version, and user permissions.
- Some information is collected during initial registration.
- Metrics, status, and time information may update dynamically.
- Device management actions depend on active communication through zDM.
